You send the inquiry, we reply within 48 hours with a first take and a rough price range. If it fits, we move into a detailed quote — binding, in writing, no hidden line items.

On most products: name, date, colour palette, motif. On chocolate, also the wrapper design. On cake toppers, the full design. On custom ornaments: the first name, name sets, date.

Both. We have layouts that work well — we adapt them to your occasion. If you have a completely own vision, we design from scratch.

Yes. Send us images, sketches, fabric swatches, Pinterest screenshots — anything that shows your vision. We come back with what's realistic to execute.

No. We work on all occasions — weddings, birthdays, babyshowers, anniversaries, corporate events. We're experienced with Tamil tradition (Mandap, Manavarai, Thali Petti) and equally at home with a babyshower in Cologne or a 40th birthday in Düsseldorf.
