We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

The controller for data processing on this site is the owner named in the imprint.

When you visit our site, technical data is processed that your browser sends to our server (IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, operating system, referrer URL). This data is processed for the technical provision of the website and deleted after 7 days.

We use Umami, a self-hosted, cookieless analytics solution. No personal data is transferred to third parties. Only aggregated data on page views, referrer and approximate geographic region (country) is recorded. Individual users cannot be identified. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in audience analysis).

When you contact us via the inquiry form, we process the information you submit (name, email, occasion, date, location, optionally phone, quantity, budget, free-text, attachments) to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation of a contractual relationship). We store your data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, but at least six months.

We do not set tracking cookies. Technically necessary cookies are only set if you use functions that require them (e.g. language preference).

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. For inquiries, please use the email address in the imprint. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (for NRW: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit NRW).
